Appointment & Scope: Endeavour Monster (an educational venture powered by IEPL) hereby engages the registered partner as a non-exclusive Admission Facilitation Partner to promote educational courses for Class 10 & 12 Board examinations across CBSE, ICSE, BSEB, UPMSP, and affiliated state boards.

Duties & Standards: The Partner agrees to represent the courses, curriculum, fee schedules, and board blueprints truthfully without misrepresentation. Partner shall not alter course pricing, issue unauthorized discount receipts, or make false performance guarantees.

Data Privacy & Protection: In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), Partner agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all student, guardian, and institutional contact records collected. Unauthorized sharing, selling, or exploitation of candidate data will result in immediate termination and prosecution.

1. Eligibility: Partner must be an Indian citizen or registered Indian establishment, aged 18 years or older, with a valid permanent PAN and 12-digit Aadhar Card.

2. Anti-Fraud & Synthetic Leads: Self-referral loops, synthetic/fictitious candidate profiles, duplicate mobile entries, or fraudulent submissions will lead to instant account ban, forfeiture of accrued earnings, and permanent blacklisting.

3. Intellectual Property: "Endeavour Monster", "IEPL", associated monster logos, and course curriculum blueprints are proprietary assets. Partner is authorized to display official marketing material only in the designated capacity without modifying brand marks.

4. Termination: IEPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership at its sole discretion upon discovering any breach of conduct, illegal fee collection, or ethical failure.

Candidate 7-Day Refund Window: Students enrolling in paid cohorts are eligible for a 7-day course satisfaction refund policy from the date of active batch enrollment.

Commission Adjustment & Clawback: In the event a referred candidate requests and receives a legitimate refund within the allowed refund window, any commission credited to the partner's ledger for that specific order will be adjusted or deducted from subsequent payout settlements.

Registration Reward Integrity: The ₹25 cash reward is strictly payable for legitimate, authentic student candidates. If a candidate profile is flagged as duplicate or invalid during routine audits, the reward will be retracted from the partner wallet.

• Strict Prohibition on Cash Collection: Partners are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from taking cash fees or requesting personal UPI transfers from students or parents. All course fees must be paid through Endeavour Monster official checkout links and generate computerized tax receipts.
• No False Examination Guarantees: Never promise leaked exam papers, guaranteed 99% scores without effort, or illegal board bypasses. All marketing must focus on conceptual mastery, high-impact practice, and board syllabus alignment.
• Approved Materials: Only official digital posters, WhatsApp banners, and brochures provided inside your Partner Portal under the Marketing Hub may be circulated.
